SESSIONS
HEART HEALTH NSW Inc. have a team of volunteers who have themselves experienced a heart event, trained to deliver information sessions to groups such as Probus. Lions, Rotary, Retirement Villages, Residential Resorts and the like. During these sessions their personal experiences will be called upon to inform the attendees of the risks factors associated with a heart event, how to reduce the risk and what do do in the case of a heart attack.
